It is a type of interlocking with IoT, which operates several units at the same time and the price is 81.00 euros for the “SHK42712 main unit”, 77.00 euros for the “secondary unit (smoke type) SHK42422 / SHK42422Y” and 75.00 euros for the “secondary unit (type of heating) SHK42128”.
The alarm identifies the location of the fire and notifies the user by voice. When connecting with Panasonic HEMS equipment and switches (Home Energy Management System), the lights can be turned on all at once in case of fire. Supports rapid evacuation, notifying the location of the fire and turning on the lights.
The parent device and the child device work together with the IoT device. For example, when a fire is detected in the living room, alarms in remote locations such as the bedroom on the second floor and stairs are also activated. “It’s a fire in the living room,” a voice saying the source of the fire.
This is the first commercially available residential fire alarm (type of battery powered wireless interlock) to have a function to notify the source of a fire with a specific room name.
In cooperation with Panasonic’s “AiSEG2” HEMS and the “Advance Series Link Model” and “Advance Series Linplus” lighting switches, the house lights are turned on all at once when a fire is detected.
Even if a fire occurs in a dark place, such as at bedtime, the lights in the room will turn on automatically, which will assist in evacuation.
In addition, in the event of a fire, a notification will be sent to the smartphone connected to AiSEG2. With AiSEG2, the user can freely register the name of the room where the alarm is installed, so that he can check the location of the fire at a glance, even on his smartphone.

The main body size of the master unit and the slave unit (smoke type) is 100 x 25 mm (diameter x height). The weight is about 115g. The method of operation is smoke (type 2 photoelectric types).
The size of the main body of the secondary unit (type of heating) is 100 x 36 mm (same as the previous one) and the weight is about 105 g. The method of operation is thermal type (constant temperature type / equivalent to 65 ° C).
